We take pride in our quality, and offer returns, exchanges, and refunds on eligible products if you are not satisfied.

This policy applies only to domestic orders placed on our official website. It does not apply to purchases made offline or through third-party platforms.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition
  • Has its original packaging, barcode, and MRP tags intact

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (verified after quality check)
  • The item received differs from the ordered item

For damaged or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.rn shipping will be deducted. 

Refund Timelines 

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 4–5 business days.
  • COD orders: Refunds are issued via E-Voucher/Gift Card or bank transfer (processed within 7–8 business days).
    • Refunds cannot be issued in cash.
    • The bank account holder name must match the customer’s name.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card issuer
  3. Contact your bank
