Teamwork Arts operate as a seller-led e-commerce platform along with being production and organizing of events across the globe, offering merchandise sourced from artisans and creators across India. All products are sold, fulfilled, and shipped by Teamwork Arts unless otherwise specified.

  • Product Information & Pricing Transparency
  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are displayed in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Prices are listed in INR (inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated).
  • Any additional charges (shipping, handling, convenience fees) will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
  • In case of pricing or typographical errors, Teamwork Arts reserves the right to cancel such orders with a full refund.
  • Serviceable Locations
  • We deliver across India, subject to serviceability by logistics partners.
  • Orders to non-serviceable PIN codes may be cancelled with prior intimation and full refund.
  • Order Placement & Confirmation
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation via registered email/SMS.
  • Teamwork Arts reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, bulk purchases, or misuse.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delays due to high demand, artisan sourcing timelines, or unforeseen events will be communicated where feasible.
  • Delivery & Timelines
  • Estimated delivery timeline: 3–8 business days from dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to:
    • Geographic location
    • Logistics partner constraints
    • Force majeure events

Delays beyond reasonable control shall not constitute a deficiency of service.

  • Shipping Charges
  • Calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Displayed transparently at checkout.
  • Promotional shipping offers may apply at Teamwork Arts’ discretion.
  • Logistics & Delivery Attempts
  • Orders are shipped through registered courier/logistics partners.
  • Up to three (3) delivery attempts will be made.

Failure to accept delivery may result in cancellation and deduction of logistics costs.

  2. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  3. Post-dispatch cancellations are not permitted.

  1. Return to Origin (RTO) & Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

may be treated as cancelled. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.

  1. Prohibition of Unfair Trade Practices

Teamwork Arts does not engage in:

  • Misleading advertisements
  • Discriminatory practices between consumers

  1. Force Majeure
